![]() Yes, the basic structure of XMP has been “standardized” and published as an ISO standard. ![]() I am mostly thinking from an iPad UX but since affinity photo is also on mac and windows it’s widely adoptable. I’m guessing in order to make affinity photo look like it is passing back any XMP file from the develop persona, is for it to open the file from a Mylio folder where Mylio stores it and reads it from in the first place. Most of the time if you put an image into affinity photo you will go beyond the develop persona, and end up with a tiff or jpg anyway which you will save to disk. It would be amazing if Mylio could support passing raw (and xmp) files to editors like affinity photo allowing non-destructive edits to be done in these editors which can then export back the xmp file for Mylio to use. I appreciate many people like having access to it here without the hassle of having to throw it into another program.Īffinity photo looks like it now supports importing and exporting XMP files( ). I mean no offence by this, but the fact is there are dedicated tools for imaging editing that spend a lot perfecting it. ![]() I’m sorry to say that the basic editor in Mylio isn’t very good.
